Be a Part of Our History and Culture

Dear friends and guests of Termez!

Archaeological tours around southern Uzbekistan – are the very rare opportunity for those who at least once in a lifetime dreamt to participate in the excavations of ancient settlements.

At present, about seven international joint archaeological expeditions are functioning in Surkhandarya region. They are as follows: Uzbek-German, Uzbek-Czech, Uzbek-French, Uzbek-Italian, Uzbek-Russian, Uzbek-Japanese and Uzbek-Chinese. I consider it as a good chance to meet with the prominent archaeologists from different corners of the world who are cooperating with us and contributing to the revival of the rich historical legacy of Uzbekistan. Developing special archaeological tours for my dear customers, I tried to include visits to the highlight sites of archaeology in Surkhandarya-Termez, as well as, offering to the visitors a direct participation in the excavations as volunteers.
